PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

All returns must include an RMA number generated through this website. Returns received without authorization and the RMA Packing Slip will not be processed for refund or exchange.

Orders under $250 may be returned within 60 days from the purchase date for a full refund. To qualify for full refund, the products must be in immaculate condition and resellable. Books received with damage (including damage due to inadequate packing for the return) cannot be resold, but will still receive a 70% refund.

We strongly recommend having your return items professionally packaged to protect against bent corners, etc. Insurance is also a good idea.

Orders over $250 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Procedure
To process a return, please follow these steps:

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.

3. We will review your request within as quickly as possible. Do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.

Resource CDs must be in factory sealed packaging to qualify. We can not accept it for return if the seal is broken.
